How it works
- Meeting rooms are available to Ironwood Square owners, tenants, and their guests.
- Reserve online in advance and book only the time you need.
- Leave the room as you found it — clean the table, reset chairs, and remove materials.
- Report any equipment issues so the next user isn’t affected.
- Cancel a reservation you no longer need so the room can be released to others.
