Office suites are on Floors 2, 3, and 4. Odd-numbered suites face north and even-numbered suites face south, so after you exit the elevator, head toward that side of the floor. Look up your business in the tenant directory to confirm its suite and floor.

Restrooms are located at both the east and west ends of every office floor.

Suite 201 is The Hub on 3rd, a locally owned executive office community on the second floor. It has its own internal directory of offices — see the Directory or The Hub on 3rd page to find a specific office within it.

The elevator is located in the central lobby just inside the main entrance and serves all office floors (2–4). It is the primary accessible route between levels. The first floor is the main entrance and common area.

Standard deliveries are made to the main lobby entrance. Couriers can be directed to the specific suite. Larger freight deliveries should be coordinated in advance with management to schedule elevator use.
