Slingshot Real Estate Assumes HOA Management November 1, 2026

The Ironwood Square Association is pleased to announce that Slingshot Real Estate will officially assume HOA management responsibilities effective November 1, 2026.

This transition represents an important step toward improving building operations, strengthening financial oversight, streamlining maintenance coordination, and enhancing communication with condominium owners.

As part of this transition, Ironwood Square will be utilizing Yardi, a property management platform that provides owners with convenient access to their association accounts. Through the Yardi Owner Portal, owners will be able to access available online payment services, submit maintenance work orders, and manage their association account information.

Owners will receive portal invitations and instructions as part of the management transition.

Beginning November 1, owners should submit building maintenance requests through the Yardi Owner Portal. Tenants and visitors without portal access may continue submitting maintenance requests through the Ironwood Square website.

For owners paying by check, please make payments payable to Ironwood Square Association and mail to 300 3rd Ave SE, Suite 201, Rochester, MN 55904.
